Earline Matherne, 61 Years, a native and resident of Chauvin, passed away Feb. 
28, 2017. 

She loved to read and do crossword puzzles. She enjoyed her grandchildren and 
her dogs, Benji and Shadow.

Private services were held.

She is survived by her son, Deke Matherne(Ashley); two brothers, Andy 
Sevin(Roxanne), Earl Sevin; three sisters, Emelda Sevin, Melba Fanguy(Donald), 
Mandy Gisclair; sister-in-law, Betty Sevin; and grandchildren, D.J., Kaitlyn, 
Louis, and Luc.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Louis Matherne Jr., father, Alvin 
Sevin; mother, Lucille Gautreaux Sevin; and brother, Melvin Sevin.

The family would like to thanks, TGMC Cardiac Nursing staff, Cody and the CCU 
Staff. Also like to thank, Dr. Mani, Dr. Fail, Dr. Eschete, and Dr. Espinoza. 
Lincare. Also would like to thank Terrebonne Home Care and Haydel Memorial 
Hospice.
