Andrew J. “Andy” Nelton, Jr., was born October 31, 1967 and passed away 
February 26. 2017.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 7, 2017 from 10:00AM until service 
time at Holy Family Catholic Church, Dulac, La. Funeral Mass will be held at 
11:00AM at the church.

Andy is survived by his wife, Kellie Parfait Nelton; his sons, Dillon and 
Hunter Nelton, Ryder (Mariah) and Kellard Verdin; his grandsons, Ryder, Jr., 
Liam Verdin and Jayden Billiot; his Mother, Patrine “Pat” Dupre; his siblings, 
Gary (Sherry) Blanchard, Tammy, (Lee) Rough Short, Erica (Brent), Carline and 
Jordy (Heather) Neil. A host of nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles, cousins and 
friends.

Andy was preceded in death by his father Andrew “Porkchop” Nelton, Sr. and his 
step-father, Eddie Dupre; His grandparents, Herbert and Amelie LeBoeuf and 
James and Ella Nelton.

Andy was one of a kind, he was a beloved husband, father, son, brother and 
friend to many people. He was a dedicated worker and provider for his family. 
Andy was a man of many trades and loved riding his motorcycle, hunting, fishing 
and anything to do with the outdoors, just sitting back enjoyed time with 
family and friends.

Chauvin Funeral Home is honored to serve the Nelton Family.
