Carolyn Theresa Authement Pitre, 77, died February 24, 2017 at 8:50 PM. 
She was a native and resident of Grand Caillou, LA.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 1, 2017 from 5 PM until 9 PM at 
Chauvin Funeral Home and Thursday, March 2, 2017 from 9 AM until funeral time 
at Holy Family Catholic Church with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM. 

Burial will be held in Holy Family Cemetery.

She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Bennett Anthony Pitre; son, Dwayne 
A. Pitre and wife, Vicky; daughter, Amy P. Price and husband, Jimmie, Jr.; 
sister, Marlene A. Darcey; grandchildren, Chriscy Pitre and husband, Ali 
Siddiqui, Jennifer P. Guidry and husband, Jeremy, Danielle Pitre, Brittney 
Pitre, Ashley P. Orlando and husband, J.R., and Erica Price; great-
grandchildren, Shaun, D.J., Maelyn, Kaylie, Ethan and Avery.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Ivy Anthony and Leona Marie Martin 
Authement.

She was a parishioner of Holy Family Catholic Church.
