Jimmie Smith Sr., 71, of Chauvin, passed away on February 15, 2017.

Visitation will be held Saturday, February 18, 2017 from 9am to 1pm, with the 
service to start at 1pm, at Samart Funeral Home.

He is survived by his
Children- Tammy Simmons and husband Robert, Michelle Lirette and husband 
Dwayne, Calvin Smith and wife Tania, Ashley Matherne and husband Deke

5 Great grandchildren
4 Brothers
8 Sisters

He was preceded in death by his
Parents- Alcide Sr. and Juliette Smith
Son- Jimmie Smith Jr.
Grandson- Zane Michael Smith
6 Brothers
1 Sister

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the family for funeral expenses.

Samart is in charge of arrangements.
