MICHAEL GERARD

CELESTINE: Michael Gerard "Mike" Celestine departed this life on Saturday March 
4, 2017 at St. Martin de Porres Nursing Home, Lake Charles, LA. 

He was 60, a native of Houma, LA and a resident of Lake Charles, LA. 

Memorial Service to be held at a later date. 

Survived by his brother, Frederick Theriot; aunt, Muriel Turner; and a host of 
neices, nephews and other relatives. 

Preceded in death by his parents, Claude Celestine and Jeanette Theriot- 
Williams; 1 sister, Judith Theriot- Verrett and 1 brother, Ricky L. Williams.
