Ruth Eymard Chauvin, 76, a native and a resident of Chauvin, passed away March 
30, 2017.

Visitation will be held Monday, April 3, 2017, from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m., with 
the service to start at 11 a.m. at Samart Funeral Home. 

Burial will take place in St. Joseph Cemetery, Chauvin.

She is survived by her husband, Earl Chauvin; daughters, Patti Evans and 
husband Randy, Paula Chauvin LeBoeuf; grandchildren, Jennifer Evans, Ryan Evans 
and wife Lisa, and Megan LeBoeuf.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Louis and Octavia White Eymard.

She was loved by many and will be greatly missed.

Samart Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
