Aida (Moncivaiz) Fontenot, 55, born in Port Isabel, TX and a resident of 
Schriever, LA, passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 5, 2017 at home with her 
family.

A memorial service will be held Tuesday, March 14, 2017 at 11:30am at St. 
Bridget Church.

She is survived by husband, Glenn Fontenot; two daughters, Jesusa "Chu-chi" and 
Jae'del Fontenot; parents, Jesus (Jessie) Sr. and Josefina (Fina) Moncivaiz; 
sister, Delfia (Ciro) Vasquez; brother, Jesus (J.J.) Moncivaiz Jr.(Vanessa 
Andras); nieces, Jenni (Miles) Billiot, Jozie Polk (Sam LeCompte); nephew, 
Jeremy (Megan) Polk; three great nieces, Adell Rachel and Abree Mae Billiot, 
and Addison Celeste Polk; sister in laws, Debbie Cox and Melissa Brignac.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Noelia Moncivaiz; and great niece, 
Zyla Celeste Perera.
