Sarah Grice, 54, a native of Monroe, Louisiana and a resident of Houma, 
Louisiana, died on Sunday, March 5, 2017 at 12:10 AM.

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 10, 2017 from 4:00 p.m. until Service 
time at Chapel Magnolia of Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc., Funeral services will be 
held at the Magnolia Chapel at 7:00 p.m. 

with burial later in Oak Grove, Louisiana.

Sarah is survived by her daughters, Brandi and husband Christopher “Chris” 
Chaney and Taylor LeCompte; Brothers: Harley and wife Shelba Grice and Charlie 
Emile and wife Celeste Grice; Sisters, Debra and husband Norman "Boog” Pinel, 
Karen "Frosty" Grice, Wanda and husband, Kenny Percle, and Susan and husband, 
Kurt Boudreaux; one grandson, Layne Chaney.

Sarah is preceded in death by her parents, Harle and Velma Breaux Grice.

Sarah was a Postal Clerk in Rouse’s for 11 years. She loved taking care of 
hummingbirds, she loved making candy and was a Saints fan.

Mrs. Grice welcomed Saints attire for the service.

Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc., is honored to serve the Grice family.
