Jackie “Jack” Guillot, 66, was born on September 23, 1950 and passed away on 
March 2, 2017. 
He was a native & resident of Thibodaux, LA.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, March 9, 2017 at Thibodaux Funeral Home 
from 9:00 AM until service time. Religious services will take place at 11:00 
AM. 

Interment will follow in St. John the Evangelist Cemetery.

He is survived by his mother, Kate A. Guillot; children, Tully Guillot & wife 
Asia, Shilynn Remondet & husband Trustin, and Jake Guillot & wife Alexis; 
grandchildren, Drake & Graci LaFleur, Matthew Guillot, Cade Battaglia, Cierra 
Winch, and Landon & Emme Guillot; sister, Donna Stevens; and numerous other 
loving family members & friends.

He is preceded in death by his father, Albert J. Guillot Sr.; brother, Albert 
J. Guillot Jr.; and brother-in-law, Brent Stevens.

Jack proudly served in the military and was stationed in Germany. He received 
an Honorable Discharge from the United States Army on January 25, 1977. Upon 
discharge, he returned home where he began working with his father and learned 
the plumbing trade. He became a Master Plumber and the owner of “Al’s Plumbing” 
where he worked for 30+ years. 
He was a member of the First Assembly of God church in Bayou Blue and 
volunteered at many Christian outreach programs. 

He will be remembered as a selfless and loving father, son, & friend.
