Roynel "Chuck" Jacquot, An employee of Thibodaux Regional Medical Center, 
departed this life of March 16, 2017 at Oschner Medical Center, New Orleans, 
LA. 
He was 59, a native and resident of Thibodaux, LA. 

Visiting at Williams & Southall Funeral Home, 1204 Cleveland St., Thibodaux, 
LA, on Friday March 24, 2017 from 3:00pm to 6:00pm. Visiting at Moses Baptist 
Church, 1032 Canal Blvd, Thibodaux, LA. on Saturday, March 25, 2017 from 8:00am 
to Religious Services at 10:00am. 

Burial in Allen Chapel Cemetery in Thibodaux, LA. 

Survived by his wife, Lucretia Johnson Jacquot; 5 daughters, Jenee' Jacquot, 
Vashti and Shayna Alexander, Kristen Taylor and Chabre Hawkins; 2 sons, Dorrell 
Jacquot and Nicholas Alexander; 3 sisters, Gisele (Michael) Bates, Vonda 
(Zachary) Colbert and Twyler (Henry) Campbell; 1 brother, Troy (Selina) 
Jacquot. Also survived by 7 grandchildren and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, 
nephews, other relatives and friends. 

Preceded in death by his mother, Barbara Jean Jacquot; a granddaughter, Addison 
Taylor; a sister, Roxanne Bryant and a brother, Shawn Jacquot.
