Johnie Fielden McCallister, Jr., 71, died Thursday, March 09, 2017, at 10:30AM. Born August 1, 1945 he was a native of Natchez, MS and resident of Thibodaux, LA. 

Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 18 from 8:30AM until service time at Ordoyne Funeral Home. Funeral Service will begin at 11:00AM at the funeral home. 

He is survived by his wife, Sally Loupe McCallister, children, Joel (Gayle) McCallister, Michelle Ayzinne; step children, Brent (Denise) Cortez, Michael (Cathy) Cortez, Karen (Bryan) Blanda, Taite (Stephanie) Cortez; 13 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; brother, Fred (Kim) McCallister. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Johnie Fielden and Ellen Tempie McCallister, Sr.; former wife, Nancy Jo Cavin McCallister; son, Jerrod Keith McCallister, Sr.; brother, George Allen McAllister; sister, Ellen Marie Harrell. 

He was a long time security guard at L&N Food Store.
