Please go to http://usgwarchives.net/la/lafourche/obits/dateobits/2017/f1703.htm and click on the name of interest. ========== Colly Joseph Percle, a native of Chackbay, 50 year resident of Harvey and 17 year resident of Des Allemands passed away Tuesday, March 21, 2017 at the age of 93. A Funeral Mass will be held in his honor on Saturday, March 25, 2017 at St. Gertrude Catholic Church in Des Allemands at 11:00 a.m. Visitation will begin at 9:00 a.m. Burial will follow in St. Gertrude Catholic Cemetery. Colly is survived by his daughter, Debra Percle Tregle (Thomas) and his grandson, Tommy Tregle, Jr. He was preceded in death by his wife of 58 years, Nettie Candies Percle; parents, Orphe & Corrine Nicholas Percle; Siblings, Edward Percle, Sr., Warren Percle, Milda Landry Schaubhut, Pelma Percle Shano, Joseph Caffery Percle; step-sister, Lillian Kraemer Legendre Colly was a World War II Veteran and a Purple Heart Recipient. He retired from Avondale Shipyard after 35 years of service. The family would like to thank his niece Jackie Percle Oubre for the loving care she gave him the last few years of his life and the St. Charles Parish Council on Aging for their support and help over the last 10 years.
