Anne Shirley Lemoine Rabalais, a resident of Houma, passed away Saturday, March 
18, 2017. 

She is survived by her loving and devoted husband, Bertrand; siblings, Yvonne 
Kappel and Thear Lemoine; and five sons, Ralph and wife, Darlene, David, 
Gregory and wife, Kaye, Mark and wife, Nancy and Ronald. 
She also leaves behind eleven grandchildren, Rebecca, Ryan, Rachael, Kyle, 
Caitlin and husband, Andrew, Armand, Oceana, Carmen, Mason, Morgan and 
Mitchell; and one great-grandchild, Mason. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Thear and Emily Lemoine; two sisters, 
Ruth Breaux and Alice Kirsh; and brother, Rodney Lemoine. 

The world was lucky to have her and we will all miss her very much. She was 
very wise and generous with her time in the pursuit of helping others. 
May she rest in peace. 

A memorial will be held at 12 noon Thursday March 23, 2017, at Annunziata 
Catholic Church in Houma.
