Dolores Bergeron Roger, 76, was born on March 2, 1941 and passed away on March 
16, 2017. 
She was a native and resident of Thibodaux, LA.


A visitation will be held on Monday, March 20, 2017 at St. John the Evangelist 
Church from 8:30 AM until funeral time. A Mass of Christian Burial will take 
place at 10:00 AM. 

Interment will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery, Thibodaux.

She is survived by her husband of 57 years of marriage, Amedeo “A.J.” Roger 
Jr.; son, Danny Roger and wife Melissa: daughters, Wendy Roger Rink and husband 
Ted, and Penny Roger Triche and husband Heath; grandchildren, Ryan Roger, Emma 
Roger, Cody Rink, Hunter Triche and Heather Triche; sister, Rosemary Bergeron 
Hebert; and brothers, Clyde Bergeron and Donald Bergeron.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Randolph and Irma LeBlanc Bergeron; 
brothers, Randolph Bergeron Jr., and Gerald Bergeron; and sisters, Mary Savoie, 
Lorraine Roger, and Doris Hardy.

Dolores was retired from Lafourche Arc. She enjoyed making puzzles, fishing and 
going to the casino.

The family would like to give special thanks to Dr. Laura Finn and Ochsner 
Medical Center, Dr. James Ellis, Dr. Paul Monier, Thibodaux Home Health, and 
Hospice of South Louisiana

In Lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to help pay any medical and 
funeral expenses.

Thibodaux Funeral Home, Inc. is entrusted with handling the funeral 
arrangements and online condolences.
