U.S. Veteran

Burnham Franklin Winters, Jr., 81, passed away Sunday, March 26, 2017 at 6:44 
PM. 
Born, February 18, 1936, he was a native of Port Sulphur, LA and resident of 
Thibodaux, LA.

He is survived by his wife, Susan Dillon Winters; children, Kelly (Gerald) 
Clement, Jay Burnham Winters, John Winters, Amy Dempster; grandchildren, Kris 
John, Matt and Maggie Domangue, Jay Burnham, Jr., Ryan Paul Winters, Andrew 
Gianelloni, Ian Michael and Zachary Winters and Christian Henslee, Kayla (Todd) 
Boudreaux and Olivia Susan Dempster; and 5 and a half great grandchildren; 
sister, Dollie W. Morvant.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Burnham and Estelle Poirier Winters; 
sister, Elaine Winters Trosclair; son in law, Terry Dempster.

He was an employee for Freeport McMoran for 38 years. He enjoyed every moment 
of his life, had no regrets and plenty of friends. 

He will be cremated with services at a later date per his wishes.
