BASFORD, MICHAEL EDWIN 

Michael Edwin Basford, 61, of Houma, passed away on April 1, 2017.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.

He is survived by his wife, Sandra Hamilton Basford; step father, Jerry 
Schrader; sons, James Parker and Richard "Ricky" Armstrong; daughter, Shannon 
Parker; brothers, Jerry Schrader and Dan Schrader; sisters Ronda Whurzer, 
Jennifer Williams, and Kathy Koitsch; grandchildren, Kindle and J.D. Armstrong.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Ann Crozier.

Samart is in charge of arrangements.
