A memorial visitation will be held in her honor on Thursday, April 20, 2017 at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church in Thibodaux, LA from 8:30am until the Mass of Christian Burial at 12:00pm. The burial will be at a later date. She is survived by her daughter, Mary Frances "Fannie" Naquin; grandson, Alfred Maclean; two step-daughters, Carleen "Keenie" Babin, Theresa B. Biondo; step- grandson, Dexter Babin, III; two step-granddaughters, Celeste Babin, and Mary Grace Babin; sister, Delmae M. Breerwood and many nieces, nephews, and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Harris and Nettie Toups Melancon; husbands, Alfred J. Naquin, and Carl Paul Bourgeois; sister, Elaine M. Templet; step-son-in-law, James Biondo; two brother-in-laws, Philip Templet, Roy Breerwood. Her work with little children was well known. She taught Brownie scouts, was a CCD teacher at St. Joseph, and children's liturgy at St. Charles. She was a kindergarten teacher at St. Genevieve school for 37 years. She enjoyed being with family and friends. Landry's Funeral Home, Inc. is in charge of arrangements. ======================
