Nicholas Paul Braud, 21, passed on to his Heavenly Father on April 19, 2017 at 
8:31AM from injuries sustained due to an auto accident. 

He is a native of Raceland, LA and resident of Houma, LA.

The family would like to invite friends and family for Visitation at St. 
Bernadette Catholic Church in Houma, LA from 9:00AM until Mass time on 
Saturday, April 22, 2017. A Mass of Christian Burial will begin Saturday at 
11:00AM at St. Bernadette Catholic Church 

with burial to follow in St. Francis de Sales Cemetery #2.

Nicholas is survived by his loving parents, Jody Edward Braud and Annette 
Guidroz Braud, his brother Jacob Michael Braud and wife Brooke Vickers Braud 
and their future daughter, Infant Norah Jane Braud; paternal grandmother, 
Maxine Thibodeaux Braud and maternal grandmother, Eileen Gaudet Guidroz. 
Nicholas is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and his dear 
friend Sydney.

He is preceded by his paternal grandfather Edward Joseph Braud III and maternal 
grandfather Harold Charles Guidroz Jr.

Nicholas loved geography and history; for which was a deep passion of his. He 
also enjoyed reading, cooking, hunting and fishing.

He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. He is forever loved; and never 
will be forgotten.

Chauvin Funeral Home is honored to serve the Braud family.
