Also known as “Aunt Bean” or “Margie” to her many relatives and friends, she leaves unique and wonderful memories created over her life time to cherish and share, especially will be remembered was her soft spoken voice and humble spirit. Those surviving to carry on the legacy she helped create are her son, James (Sybil Chauvin) Boudreaux and daughter, Charlene Boudreaux (Melvin) Fournier. Her step-children and step daughters-in-law and step son-in-law are: Gaton (Helen Huisman) Clement, Leonard Clement, and companion, Bertha Deroche, Terry (Toni Galjour) Clement, Judy Clement (Lance) Poimboeuf. Grand children and Step-grandchildren, Angelle Marie Boudreaux (Anthony “Tony”) Pellegrin, Lyman James Boudreaux, and former wife, Danielle Fry Boudreaux, Bernard “Bernie” (Angela Breaux) Boudreaux, Celeste Marie Boudreaux (Freddie) Hebert, Rebecca Boudreaux (Willard) Bueche, Jeremy James (Traci Gorman) Boudreaux, Blaine Fournier, Maureen Fournier (Bryan) LeBlanc, Monica Fournier (Guy) Theriot, Alyson Fournier (Clark) Theriot, Michelle Clement (Keith) Kurtz, Paul (Shellie) Clement, Demi Clement (Cecil II) Zeringue, Telie Clement Gaddis and finance, Renee Boudreaux II, Tyann Clement (Ian) Cassidy, Tam Clement (Rich) Bourgeois, David (Danielle) Poimboeuf, Cory (Erica) Poimboeuf, and Shellie Poimboeuf (John) Carroll, her sister, Lydia Hutchinson Falgout, and half-brothers Larry (Linda Kay Aucoin) Hutchinson and Floyd Hutchinson. Predeceasing her in death were her parents Whitney and Clara Deroche Hutchinson, and two magnificent men, her first husband, Lyman Adam Boudreaux (died 1961), and second husband, Welton Joseph Clement (died 1995); her siblings Rudolph Hutchinson, Madeline Hutchinson Ellender, John “Johnny” (Delma) Hutchinson, Sr., Lillian Hutchinson (Andrew) Cunningham, Elaine Hutchinson (Elbie) LeBlanc, Elodie Hutchinson (Ardis) Fanguy, and half-brother, Eldon “T-Boy” Hutchinson, step daughter-in-law, Mally Neil Clement, wife of Leonard Clement, and step-granddaughter, Dawn Clement. She also leaves to cherish her memory thirty-nine (39) great-grandchildren and three (3) great- great grandchildren together with numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins whom she so dearly shared her love and her life. She will be remembered as a master seamstress and dressmaker sewing for herself every piece of clothing she ever wore and outfitting many brides and their bridesmaids, along with creating one-of-a-kind christening gowns and christening outfits for boys, adorning her only daughter, Charlene, with innumerable dresses and outfits during her high school days, along with and special ensembles she sewed for grandchildren, great-grandchildren, relatives and friends. She enjoyed cross-stitching and embroidery and many of her designs looked like paintings. In her “spare” time, she enjoyed making puzzles and having her great-grandchildren find pieces for her. The public is invited to share with the families a mass of Christian burial and services to be celebrated in her honor on Thursday, April 27, 2017 at St. Anne’s Catholic Church, 4351 Highway 24 in Bourg, Louisiana, followed by internment in the church cemetery. Visitation will be from 9:00 A.M. until her funeral mass beginning at 11:00 A.M. The family request that donations be made in her name to Haydel Hospice in Houma, Louisiana or donations can be made in her name to your favorite charity. Smart Funeral Home is in charge of funeral and burial services. Father Jerry Delaroubia will be the celebrant for the Mass and grave-side services.
