Dorothy K. Johnson, age 79, a native and resident of Thibodaux, left this earth 
on Thursday, April 6, 2017.

Visiting will be held on Saturday, April 15, 2017 from 9am until the hour of 
service at 11am at Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Thibodaux. 

Burial in Mt. Zion Baptist Church cemetery in Thibodaux.

She leaves to cherish her memories, her sons, Herman Robert and Wayne (Jeanne) 
Barry Johnson; daughters, Sheila Winston (Jimmie), Hazel Hawkins, Vanessa 
Washington and Debbie Johnson; brother, Ronnie Kennedy (Christine); sister, 
Luvenia Fletcher (Earl); 11 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and a host of 
aunts, uncles, and other relatives and friends.

Preceded in death by her parents, Desmonia and Herman Kennedy; brothers, Wesley 
Kennedy, Sr. and Herman Kennedy, Jr.; sister, Eva Ardoin.

Kennedy Funeral Home is honored to serve the Johnson Family.
