Lolita L. Lirette, 82, a native and resident of Houma, La., died Sunday, April 
30, 2017 at 3:15 p.m.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 3, 2017 from 9:00 a.m. until service 
time at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. Chapel. Funeral services will be at 11:00 
a.m. with burial in Magnolia Cemetery.

Lolita is survived by her sons, Walker John Lirette of Empire, La. and Johnny 
Walker Lirette of Oak Grove, La. and grandchildtren, Houston and Emily Back and 
Kasey House; great-grandchildren, Madeline Back, Lexi House, Anna Grace House, 
Silas House and Joseph Green; sister, Genese LeCompte LeCompte.

Lolita is preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Houston Joseph Lirette; 
parents, Oleus and Emily Benoit LeCompte; daughter, Tammy Marie Lirette Irby, 
sisters, Clara Boudreaux and Beulah Boudreaux and brother, Louis LeCompte.

She was a homemaker. She loved to sing, she was devoted to the Lord, and loved 
spending time with family and friends.
