Mary Beth Duplantis Price, 56, died April 29, 2017 at 12:21 AM. She was a 
native of Chauvin and a resident of Bourg, LA.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 4, 2017 from 9 AM until funeral time 
at St. Joseph Catholic Church with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM.

She is survived by her husband of 14 years, Todd James Price; daughter, Mary 
Alaina Price and companion, Hunter Blanchard; parents, Melvin Benedict Sr. and 
Norma Jane Rita Stevens Duplantis; brothers, Melvin B. Duplantis, Jr. and wife, 
Nancy, and Ken G. Duplantis and wife, Theresa; sisters, Dawn D. Blanchard and 
husband, Perry, and Julie D. Piazza and husband, Kevin; brothers-in-law, Steve 
Price and wife, Sheila, and Jay Price and wife, Malia; sisters-in-law, Cheryl 
P. Thorton and husband, Willie, and Sheila P. Deroche and husband, Dwayne; 
numerous nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her in-laws, Leroy J. and Barbara Lirette Price; 
grandparents, Delvin J. and Thelma Dumez Duplantis, Earl Stevens and Eugenie 
Constant Stevens Guidry and husband, Gillis J. Guidry, Sr..

In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
