Daniel J. Thibodaux, 79, was born on October 24, 1937 and passed away on April 
11, 2017. 
He was a native and resident of Thibodaux, LA.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 12, 2017 at St. John the 
Evangelist Catholic Church from 9:00 AM until funeral time. A Mass of Christian 
Burial will take place at 11:00 AM. 

Interment will follow in St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church cemetery.

He is survived by his wife Joan Martin Thibodaux; his sons, Scott Thibodaux 
(Blanche), Brian Thibodaux (Leona), and Joshua Thibodaux; his brothers, Louis 
Thibodaux and Gary Thibodaux; his grandchildren, Megan and Seth; and his great-
grandchildren, Ian and Isaac.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Rivers and Ella Landry Thibodaux; his 
brother, Dale Thibodaux; and his sister, Miriam Callahan.

Thibodaux Funeral Home, Inc. is entrusted with handling the funeral 
arrangements
