Lois Durocher, 83 Years, a native of Thibodaux, Louisiana and resident of 
Thibodaux, Louisiana passed away on May 24, 2017.

A visitation will be held in her honor on Monday, May 29, 2017 at Thibodaux 
Funeral 
Home from 8:00 am until the Funeral Service at 12:00 pm. 
The burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery in Thibodaux, Louisiana.

She is survived by her daughters, Wanda (Gerald) Richard, Lana Durocher (Charlie 
Guillot); sons, Mark (Connie) Durocher, Wayne Durocher; brothers, Andrew 
"Doddie", Merkel, Rodney, Edward "Rock", and Horace Ponvelle; sisters, Nellie P. 
Theriot, Lilly P. Hebert, Jancie P. Hebert, Deanna P. Terracina, Gale P. 
Granier; grandchildren, Jennifer and Justin Richard, Amy Dufrene and Derrick 
Durocher; great-grandchildren, Lanie Dufrene, Dane and Drake Durocher.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Roland "Roy" Durocher; father, Edwin 
J. Ponvelle; mother, Ursule Rodrigue Ponvelle; brother, Dale Ponvelle.

Thibodaux Funeral Home, Inc. is in charge of arrangements.
