Jo Anne Gosselin Plessala, 86, a native of Donner and resident of Houma, passed 
away on May 10, 2017.

Memorial Visitation will be held Saturday, May 27, 2017, from 9 a.m. until 
service time at 11 a.m. at St. Matthew's Episcopal Church. Burial will follow at 
St. Matthew's Episcopal Church Columbarium.

She is survived by her husband, Carl Plessala; sons, Bruce Plessala of Houma, 
and Dean Plessala and wife, Sue of Horn Lake, MS; daughter, JoEllen Louviere and 
husband, David of Houma; brother, David M. Gosselin of Houston, TX; 
grandchildren, Melanie Plessala Unbehagen and husband, Leo of Houma, Ryan 
Plessala and wife, Alicia of Prairieville, and David Joseph Louiviere of 
Hattiesburg, MS; and great-grandchildren, Brea and Colton Unbehagen, and Rylin 
and Remi Plessala.

She was preceded in death by her father, Martial Joseph Gosselin; and mother, 
Birdie Boudreaux Gosselin.

In lieu of flowers it is requested that contributions be made in her memory to 
St. Matthew's Episcopal Church, Jo Anne Plessala Memorial Fund, P.O. Box 568, 
Houma, LA 70361.

Samart Bayou Blue is in charge of arrangements.
