Visitation will be held at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Larose on July 22, 2017 from 10 am until service time. Military services will be held at 11 am with Funeral Mass beginning at 12 noon. Burial will follow in Holy Rosary Catholic Church Cemetery in Larose. Mr. Irvin is survived by his wife of 65 years Rose Mary Pierce Adams, sons; Scott (Sharlene), Todd (Gesele), and Michael (Kim), daughter; Mary Alario (Pete), 9 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, and brother; Carol Adams. Mr. Adams was preceded in death by his great grandchild; Peyton LeCoq, parents; Dumas and Angelina Ougel Adams, sisters; Earline Falgout, Elnora "Tootie" Civello, and Bernice Triche. Paw Irvy was a Veteran of both the Army and Air Force serving during WWII and the Korean Conflict. He was a principal and educator with the Lafourche Parish School Board for many years and will be missed by all who knew him.
