Jerry J. Adams Sr., 65, was born on November 20, 1951 and passed away on July 
17, 2017. 
He was a native and resident of Thibodaux, LA.

He is survived by his wife, Paulette Dufrene Adams; sons, Jerry "J-Jay" Adams 
Jr. and Scottie J. "Skeet" Adams and wife Christi; granddaughters, Lexie and 
Lanie Adams; brothers, James Adams and wife Annette and Leroy Adams; sisters, 
Barbara Oncale, Brenda Sanchez and husband Hemanuel, and Diana Adams; nephews, 
Ronnie Foret, Rusty Gore, and Gary Rodrigue; nieces, Tesa Dempster, Christie 
Gore, Brandy Adams, and Jamie Adams; and numerous great nephews and nieces.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Lucille Eschete Adams Sr.; 
brother, Paul Adams; and nephews, Randy Foret and Kalen Adams.

The family would like to thanks the doctors and staff of Thibodaux Regional 
Medical Center ICU.
