Carter Bias, Sr., age 59, a native of Napoleonville and a resident of Raceland, 
peacefully left this earth on Thursday, July 27, 2017.

He is survived by his wife Karon Bias, sons, Mr. and Mrs. Carter Bias, Jr., 
Thomas Bias, Billy Plaisance (Michelle), Eddie Murray and Richard Plaisance; 
daughter, India Plaisance; brothers, Author and Junius Bias; sisters, Winnie 
and Leona Bias and Debra Ann Caldwell; 11 grandchildren.

Preceded in death by his parents, Sarah Louis and Caldwell Bias and Junious 
Bias II; brothers, Frank and Douglas Bias; sisters, Shirley Caldwell and 
Albertha Bias.
