Breaux Jr.,81, born December 2nd, 1935 in Houma, LA and was the youngest of five children. He entered his eternal rest on July 17, 2017 at home surrounded by his wife and children. A lifetime resident of Houma; he is preceded in death by his parents; Roy J. Breaux Sr., Ceclia Germaine Breaux, three brothers Robert, George “Sonny”, Albert “DeDe” Breaux, one sister Elsie Savoy, two grandchildren Lea Marie Breaux and Justin Michael Breaux. He is survived by his wife of 61 years Jewell “Julie” Falgout Breaux and their five children; son Kevin and wife Liz Breaux, Brian and wife LeeAnn Breaux; daughter Becky and husband Jamie Parmer, daughter Denise and husband Curtis Chaisson and son Darrin and wife Tammy Breaux; nine grandchildren Christy Breaux, Ashton Breaux, Kelly Breaux, Melissa Breaux, Casi Stackowicz, Jenny Parmer, Victoria Chaisson, Felicia Chaisson and Kayla Rhodes; as well as five great grandchildren; Sydney Womack, Alivia Smallwood, Kohlson Warden, Joleigh Warden and Kadence Rhodes. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family. He was a 1955 graduate from St Francis de Sales High School and retired from J. Ray McDermott after 36 years of service as a General Superintendent. He was a Master Mason at Masonic Lodge Unity No 267 for 25+ years and involved in Shriners. He volunteered for a short period at Bayou Cane Fire Department and was dedicated to his work with the Masonic Lodge Dyslexia School. In his 81 years he truly touched the heart, soul and lives of his family, friends, Masonic Brothers and community with his unending faith, love, kindness, compassion, dedication and hard work. He was a man that inspired his family by not what he had but by what he did and accomplished. His family and friends will forever miss him; but are comforted knowing that their loss on Earth is Heaven’s gain. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend visitation on Thursday, July 20, 2017 from 5:00PM until 7:00PM at Chauvin Funeral Home and on Friday, July 21, 2017 from 9:00AM until Service time at St. Bernadette Soubirous Catholic Church in Houma, LA. A Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 10:00AM at St. Bernadette Soubirous Catholic Church and burial will follow services at St. Francis de Sales Cemetery #2. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Masonic Unity Lodge No. 267 Dyslexia School. Chauvin Funeral Home is Honored to serve the Breaux family. ======================
