Chad D. Crochet, 50, a native and resident of Thibodaux, LA passed away on July 
8, 2017.

A memorial visitation will be held in his honor on Thursday, July 13, 2017 at 
St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, Thibodaux, LA from 8:00 am until the Mass 
of Christian Burial at 10:00 am. 

The burial will follow in St. Charles Borromeo Cemetery.

He is survived by his mother, Rose Portier Crochet; siblings, Angela C. Breaux 
and husband Adam, Jr., Donna Crochet, Brad Crochet and companion Josie 
Plaisance, and Amanda C. Louque and husband Aaron; companion, Melody Trahan; 
several nieces and nephews, and father, James D. Crochet.

Thibodaux Funeral Home, Inc. is in charge of arrangements.
