PREVOST, FLORENCE M. RICHARDSON 

Florence M. Richardson Prevost, 64, a resident of Franklin and native of Gray, 
passed away Tuesday, July 11, 2017, at 11:57 a.m.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, July 19, at Jones Funeral Home Chapel, 6775 
West Park Ave., Houma, from 9 a.m. until funeral services at 11 a.m. 

Burial will follow in the Halfway Cemetery.

Florence is survived by her husband, James Prevost; son, Janathan Prevost; 
daughters, Hiedi Prevost, Ciera Prevost, Jasmin Prevost and Alyssia Prevost; 
brothers, Norman Richardson and Carl Richardson; sisters, Julie Crowell and 
Elaine Richardson; three grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and 
friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Chester A. Adams Sr. and Clara Nash 
Adams; grandmother, Fannie Mae Nash; and three brothers, Russel Richardson, 
Edward Richardson and John Richardson. 

Florence enjoyed being with family, sewing and arts and crafts.

Jones Funeral Home of Morgan City in charge of arrangements.
