A visitation with services will be held at Samart Funeral Home at 4511 West Park Ave Gray, LA on Monday, July 24, 2017 from 9am until funeral time. Burial will follow A Christian Service at St. Francis de Sales Cemetery, 6124 W Main, Houma, La. He is survived by his wife Tammy (Boudlouche) of 30 years; four daughters Tonia Baudean, Ashley and husband Joshua Watts, Britney and husband Travis Portier, Kimberly Romero and significant other Dustin Cedotal; eight grandchildren; Tristan Rose, Bre’annah Baudean, Destanee’ Baudean, Karmyn Portier, Logan Portier, Rilynn Watts, Mia Watts, and Rylee Cedotal; six sisters and four brothers; Sheila, Randy, Jeannie, Scott, Amy, Mark, Sherri, Rhett, Tara, and Kimberly. David is preceded in death by his parents; Pat Romero and Judy Hebert; Yokley; and Tammy’s parents, Kenneth and Judy Boudloche; one grandchild; Coen Watts and one brother; Todd Romero. David was a kind and loving husband, father, grandfather, and friend. The most joyful times of his life were spent with his wife and family. He was truly passionate about his job and enjoyed making his employers and coworkers laugh and smile. He also delighted in helping any and everybody he saw or heard was in need. David rested his journey in the precious hands of his Savior and gave all the Grace and the Glory to Him every minute of every day. He will be truly missed by all who loved him. We would like to give thanks to Tommy Aston, The Houma Oilmans Fishing Invitational (HOFI), all of his coworkers at Dolphin Services, family, friends and his wonderful nurses Ashley and Theresa with Notre Dame Hospice. In lieu of flowers the family donations may be to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or the American Brain Tumor Association. ======================
