He is survived by his parents, Floyd and Tammy A. Stevenson; brothers and best friends, Jesse and Jacob Stevenson; 3 nieces and a nephew he loved and adored, Ava and Mya Tyler, Logan A. Stevenson and Marliyah Stevenson; great grandparents, Lester and Elisabeth Bourgeois; grandmother, Carolyn Arceneaux; longtime companion, KyeKye Harris and children, Jr., Jeramiah and Ja' Rehiya; several aunts, uncles, cousins and life-long friends. He is preceded in death by his Paw, Eugene Arceneaux; pops, Floyd A. Stevenson; maw, Trudy Bourgeois; nanny, Roxane Arceneaux; grampy and nanny, Steve and Anna Stevenson. Jarett was a philanthropist. He was an old soul with a huge heart. He loved his family with unconditional love and loyalty. The bond he shared with his brothers was unbreakable. He loved sports and was a diehard Saints fan. He loved music especially; Lil Boosie and he was my biggest fan. He loved making other people happy and making his parents proud. Jarett loved life even through his struggles. "Blood makes us related, loyalty makes us family" "We all we got", was our saying. Through thick and thin, it has always been us; mom, dad and three brothers, always real-always friends. He was a true life-long friend to many and a true friend to all along his journey. He was a fun loving caring person that will be forever loved cherished and missed by his family and all who knew him. We will all carry his memory in our hearts forever. Relatives and friends are invited to celebrate Jarett's life at First Assembly of God Church, 101 St. Ann St. in Raceland on Friday, July 21, 2017. Services will be held at 6:30 pm with a gathering at the church to follow. Falgout Funeral Home is entrusted with arrangements. ======================
