Please go to http://usgwarchives.net/la/lafourche/obits/dateobits/2017/f1707.htm and click on the name of interest. ========== Jessie LeBoeuf Thibodeaux, age 94, departed this earthly life after a brief illness on Monday, July 10, 2017 surrounded by her loving family. She is now reunited with her Lord and Savior and her husband of 49 years Oliver J. “Toby” Thibodeaux. Jessie was a native of Point-aux-Chenes and a resident of Houma. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the visitation at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church in Point-aux-Chenes on Thursday, July 13, 2017 beginning at 9:00 a.m. until the Mass of Christian Burial at 1:00 p.m. Burial will follow in St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church Cemetery in Point- aux-Chenes. Jessie is survived by her two daughters, Chyrel Naquin (Herman), Carolyn Elkins, one son Jerry Thibodaux (Melissa, “Missy”), grandchildren Herman Naquin Jr. (Iris), Michelle Angelle (Woody), Ryan Naquin, Danelle Bordelon and companion Jose, Kenneth Price II, Toby Price (Leslie), Angelle Blanchard (Dale), and Ashleigh Scott (Josh); 18 great-grandchildren, and 11 great great- grandchildren ranging in age from 19 years to 2 weeks old. She is also survived by her loving puppy, Squirt “Squirk”. Jessie is preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, Oliver J. “Toby” Thibodeaux; parents, Narcisse and Olida Richard LeBoeuf; brothers, Caliste LeBoeuf, Easton LeBoeuf and Jeffrey LeBoeuf, sisters, Ethel LeBoeuf Naquin, Notile "Sue" LeBoeuf Davis, Louella LeBoeuf Boquet, and Enola LeBoeuf Trahan; great-grandson, Kenneth Paul Price III. Jessie enjoyed cooking, fishing, shrimping on the Miss Enola, and playing rummy with the “The Golden Girls” her close friend, Stella Duplantis and sister Enola Trahan. Jessie and her husband spent many years entertaining their friends on the houseboats “LBT1” and the “Miss Flossie”.
