VERDIN, EMILE "MELO", SR.

Emile "Melo" Verdin Sr., 61, a native of Golden Meadow and resident of Cut Off, 
passed away at 3:30 a.m. Sunday July 23, 2017.

Visitation will be from 2 p.m. 5 p.m. Tuesday Aug. 1, at Community Bible Church 
in Cut Off, with a memorial service at 4:30 p.m.

He is survived by his wife, Evelyn Loggins; sons, Emile Verdin Jr. and fiancée, 
Kimberly Brien; Raleigh "Rocky" Dardar and wife, Phebe; daughters, Kimberly 
Leboeuf and husband, Larry, and Lisa Tegart and husband, Thomas; Bobbie Adams 
and husband, Robert; five brothers, Mike, Cledemire, Nelson, Gaberial "Gabby", 
and Adam Sr. "Pip" Verdin; one sister, Marie Serigny; and numerous 
grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Julien and Bridgette Dardar Verdin; 
and one brother, Joseph Verdin.
