Joel Harris Vice, 61, of Houma, passed away on July 25, 2017.

A memorial visitation will be held Monday, July 31, 2017 from 12pm to 2pm, with 
the service to start at 2pm, at Samart Funeral Home in Bayou Blue.

He is survived by his sister, Gwen Vice Rushing; brother, Steven P. Vice; 
nephews, Kyle M. Rushing and Brendin M. Rushing; nieces, Jenny M. Rushing and 
Alayna Cepeda; and four aunts.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ray and Norma Vice; grandparents, 
Harry and Leona Smith, and Ollie and Louise Vice; three uncles and two aunts.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the family for final expenses.

Samart Bayou Blue is in charge of arrangements.
