Benjamin "Ben" Wilson, 69, a native of Baton Rouge, LA and a resident of Houma, 
LA passed away on July 30, 2017.

A celebration of his life will be held at a later date.

He is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Margaret Wilson; daughters, 
Shelly Lee and husband, John Jr., Jennifer Loupe and husband, Brady, and Susan 
Guerrero and husband, Francis II; grandchildren, Corine, Elizabeth, Sebastian, 
Abby, Regan, Vincent, and Lillian, great-grandson, Colton; brothers Jerry and 
Warren; his wife's siblings, Steve, John, Richard, Elaine, and Susan; and 
numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Herbert and Phyllis Lehman Wilson; 
cousin, Phillip Wilson; his wife's parents, Millard and Jeanette Molitor; and 
brother-in-law, David Molitor.

He was the owner of You Bet Your Boots Inc. in Houma, LA and developer of Tuff 
Toe. 
He loved to perform with his one man band, Ben Foolin' Around, for friends and 
family, and enjoyed the Saints and the LSU Tigers.

Samart Funeral Home of Houma, LLC is in charge of services.
