Aucoin - On Thursday, February 21, 1935, at 3:30 o'clock p.m. aged 51
years, Leila Guillot, beloved wife of Gaston N. Aucoin, mother of Mrs.
Harry Pigeon and Leo Aucoin; a native of this city for the 25 years.
Relatives, friends and acquaintances of the family are respectfully invited
to attend the funeral which will take place this Friday, February 11, 1935,
with mass of requiem at St. Augustine church at 9 o'clock a.m.
Remains forwarded via auto to Thibodaux, La., in interment

The deceased, if we remember correctly, was a daughter of the late Furcy
Guillot, a well known sugar plantation manager of Lafourche parish.  She
leaves many friends in this town and parish who deeply deplore her death.
