WALLACE JOSEPH MELANSON SR.

GALVESTON - Wallace Joseph Melanson Sr., went to be with the Lord on June 25, 
2006, at UTMB Hospital, Galveston. He was born on October 17, 1923, in Branch, 
Louisiana, to the late Della and Herbert Melanson of Crowley, Louisiana. He 
found Christ at an early age at St. Thomas Church.

Wallace was loved by both family and friends. He was a very kind, humble, and 
caring man who was loved by many. He was a janitor at GISD for 23 years and also 
a cook at Stewart Beach Park.
