Wyatt D. Boddie, resident of Catahoula Parish, appeared before J.H. Bradford,
Notary Public and sold to Mrs. Elizabeth Swayze, for the sum of $50.00 cash in
hand the following property:
2 acres of land: NE corner of SW 1/4 of SE 1/2, Section 12,

Township 8 North, Range 3 East, LA Meridian

…running east and west 140 yards and north and south 70 yards, containing 2
acres.
Passed at Jena, Catahoula Parish, Feb 5, 1906
