Thompson a married man, whose marital status is the same as when the within and foregoing property was acquired, resident of LaSalle Parish Louisiana, has sold granted, bargained, conveyed and delivered and by these presents do sell, bargain, grant, convey and deliver with full guaranty of title and complete transfer and subrogation of all rights and action of warranty against all former proprietors of the property presently conveyed unto Mrs. Vena Roberts wife of J.W. Roberts, resident of LaSalle Parish, La, the following described real estate situation in the parish of LaSalle State of Louisiana, to wit: one Lot situated and described as follows: beginning at a point Twenty-Eight (28) feet west from the Northeast corner of Lot Number one (1) in Block Number Two (2) of the Town of Jena, LaSalle Parish and Running a Southerly direction Seventy-six feet (76) west Twenty-eight (28) feet; Thence Northerly direction Seventy-six (76) to North Line of said Lot Number one (1) Thence East along said Line Twenty-eight (28) feet to point of beginning, said Lot being Twenty-eight feet wide by Seventy-six feet Long and Lying North and South together with all rights, ways, privileges and appurtenances thereto belonging or appertaining To have and to hold the said property unto said purchaser Mrs. Vena Roberts and unto her heirs successors and assigns forever, this sale is made for an in consideration of the sum of $105.00 one Hundred and Five Dollars cash in hand paid the receipt of which in hereby acknowledge and a full acquitance and receipt are hereby granted and given therefore in testimony whereof, the said vendor has signed these presents on this the 12th day of September A.D. 1911, in the parish of LaSalle in the presence of two competent witnesses who subscribe hereto opposite the signature of the vendor all erasures were made before signing.
