Patricia Louise Bordelon, 60, of Olla, passed from this life on Sunday, August 
4, 2013, at St. Francis Medical Center in Monroe. She was born March 21, 1953 
in Olla to the union of her parents, L. C. and Corinne Gandner McBroom. Mrs. 
Bordelon was a construction worker for Costello Construction Company.  She was 
preceded in death by her parents.  Survivors include three sons, Damian 
Bordelon of Jena, Jamie Bordelon of College Station, TX, and Kole Kirkham of 
Olla; a sister, Dee Wiley of Olla; a brother, Charles McBroom of Tullos; and 
seven grandchildren.
