Obituary of Miss Eddie Dean Blake

Funeral services for Miss Eddie Dean Blake, 17, of Olla were held at 2 p.m.
Friday at the Riser & Son Funeral Home Chapel in Columbia with the Rev.
George Ferrington officiating.

Burial followed in the Beelah Cemetery near Jena, La.

Miss Blake died in a fire at her residence Wednesday evening.

Survivors include her father, Mr. Kenneth Blake of Olla; three sisters,
Mrs. Susan Marie Fooshee of Oxford, Miss., Mrs. Virginia Ann Robertson of
Winnfield, and Miss Aran Renia Blake of Olla; two brothers, Mr. Kenneth
Ray Blake of Olla and Mr. Floyd Gene Blake of Winnfield; maternal
grandmother, Mrs. Eddie Walker of Dodson; paternal grandparents, Mr. and
Mrs. Roy Blake of Olla; and great-grandmother, Mrs. Pearl Blake of Jena.
