Obituary of Mrs. Bernice Hazel Cotten
October 26, 2003

Mrs. Bernice Hazel Cotten, age 79, of Olla was born on October
9, 1924 in Cortland, New York and died Sunday, October 26, 2003
at the St. Francis Medical Center in Monroe.

Mrs. Cotten was a retired assembler for Smith-Corona Company
having worked for sixteen years.

She is survived by her husband: Royce Cotten of Olla, her son:
Matthew J. Saxton of Hawaii, her daughters: Diane L. Bottom of
Chicago, Il., Dawn Catherine Martinez of Portgage, Id., and Romona
A. Schreffler of Cortland, New York, ten grandchildren, eleven
great-grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her son: Craig P. Saxton, three sisters
and one brother.
