He was a ruck driver in the logging industry. Services were held at 10 a.m., Monday, Feb. 1, in the chapel of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home of Jena with the Rev. Dane Schultz officiating. Burial followed in Occupy No. 1 Baptist Cemetery of Pitkin under direction of Hixson Brothers, Inc., of Jena. Survivors include his wife, Angela Faulkner of Pollock; two daughters, Amy Faulkner of Pollock and Gina Faulkner of Tioga; one son, Justin Faulkner of Tioga; two step-sisters, Betty Faulkner of Trout and Dorothy Faulkner of Tioga; one step-brother, Bill Faulkner of Tioga; three brothers, Henry Ernest Faulkner, Jr., of Alexandria, Joe Faulkner of Houston, Tx., and Vernon Eugene Faulkner of Tioga; his step-mother, Bertha Faulkner of Trout. Pallbearers were Justin Faulkner, Richard Faulkner, James Faulkner, Stephen Scoot, Joe McLaughlin and Michael Hogan.
