Jessie Payton Fritts

Jessie Payton Fritts, 93, of Houston, Texas, died at 9:10 a.m. Tuesday,
December 11, 1990, at Heights Hospital in Houston.

She was a homemaker and member of Lazy Brook Baptist Church.

Services were held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, December 14th at the chapel of Kinner
and Stevens Funeral Home of Jena with Dr. R.C. Hammock, officiating.

Burial was in Nolley Memorial Cemetery of Jena under direction of Kinner and
Stevens Funeral Home.

Survivors include her husband, Stewart Fritts of Houston; a daughter, Ernel
Edwards of DeRidder; four sisters, Nellie Chapman and Myrtle Hodges, both of
Jena, Inez Clayton of Houston and Katie Bush of Dangerfield, Texas; and five
grandchildren.

Pallbearers were Doug Edwards, Gordon Edwards, Sahnnon Pine, Joe Pine, Doug
Mires and Carl Smith.
