Frazier, 64, of Pollock, died at 1:00 p.m. Monday, June 24, 1991, in the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Alexandria. He was a retired shipping clerk for Hemingway Furniture Store. He was a native of Trout and a member of the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church near Jena. He was a veteran of World War II where he served aboard the USS Alabama in the Pacific for three years. He was also a member of the Disabled American Veterans. Services were held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday in the chapel of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home in Pineville. Burial followed at Pine Grove Cemetery near Jena under direction of Hixson Brothers, Inc. Survivors include his wife, Juanita Smith Frazier of Pollock; one son, Monty James Frazier of Monroe; one daughter, Connie Zeagler of Olla; his mother, Rosa Hodges Hudson of Jena; and two sisters, Marilyn Crooks and Sybil Parker, both of Jena.
