She was a homemaker and was born in Monroe on October 2, 1975, to the union of Quincy and Sheila Franklin. Services will be held at 10 a.m., Thursday, July 16, at the Standard Baptist Church near Olla with the Revs. Scotty McDowell and Johnny Barnhill officiating. Interment will follow in the Chickasaw Cemetery near Olla under direction of Riser Funeral Home of Olla. Survivors include her husband, Michael Wayne Garrett of Olla; one son, Michael Corey Garrett; her father and step-mother, Quincy and Debbie Gilmore Franklin of Olla; her mother, Sheila Monnin Franklin of Jena; one brother, Quincy Franklin, Jr.; two sisters, Katina Franklin and Wendy Franklin, both of Jena; two step-sisters, Misty May of Columbia and Natasha Stapleton of Olla; Her paternal grandmother, Doris Franklin of Olla; her paternal grandfather, Charles Monnin of Olla; and step-grandmother, Billie Gilmore of Grayson
