Donald Wayne Gatheright

Donald Wayne Gatheright, 47, of Jonesville, died Monday, August 17, 1998, in
the Huey P. Long Memorial Hospital in Pineville.

He was a truck driver for Petron, a former employee of Louisiana Industries
Permain Oil Company and Louisiana-Pacific. He attended La. Tech for three
years.

Services were held at 2 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 20, in the chapel of Hixson
Brothers Funeral Home in Pineville with Rev. Alan Wilson officiating.

Interment followed in Forest Lawn Memorial Park of Pineville under direction
of Hixson Brothers, Pineville.

Survivors include his wife, Toni Gatheright of Jonesville; two sons, Don
Anthony Gatheright and David Wayne Gatheright, both of Jonesville; two
daughters, Donellen Windham of Belah and Dena Cheree' Cline of Jacksonville,
N.C.; one step-daughter, Cheryl Wilcox of Benton, Ark.; his mother, Mildred
Gatheright of Pollock; his father, George Gatheright of Pollock; his
grandmother, Sallie Bonner of Pollock; one sister, Shirley Ann Gatheright of
Pollock; and three grandchildren.
