Mrs. Janie Greer

Mrs. Janie Payton Greer, 84, of Trout, died Monday at 12:30 p.m., in a Jena
nursing home. She was a member of the Methodist church and the Order of the
Eastern Star.

Funeral services were held Tuesday at 3 p.m. in the Eddy Justiss Memorial
Methodist Church of Trout with the Rev. E. W. Sandel officiating. Burial
followed in Eden cemetery under direction of Kinner and Stevens funeral home
of Jena.

Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Barney Gardner of Natchez, Miss.; two
sons, Aubrey Greer of Losgatos, Calif. And Aaron Greer of Trout; one brohter,
Walter Dayton of Trout; and six grandchildren.
